GYM AMENITIES:

Fob Access available: 4 am – 11 pm (must leave by midnight), Ample Parking, Private Restrooms, Showers, Far – Infrared Sauna. We are proud of the fact that we have no TV’s! (We do have wifi!)

ACTIVE RECOVERY:

Yoga Mats, Lacrosse Balls, Foam Rollers, stretching area, Stall Bars, Yoga Blocks, Massage Tools, Hula Hoop, Arm-aid (kept at desk) .
