Early Bird Tuesday HITT’ Class with Anne Schön

Get your heart rate up, and burn fat in less time with a HIIT, high-intensity interval training class with trainer Anne Schön.

HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. 

Classes predominantly use bodyweight but different props and weights will occasionally be used to spice it up. All exercises can be modified to any restrictions.


Early Bird Thursday Pilates’ Classes with Anne Schön

Get your core and postural muscles in tip top shape with our early morning Thursday Pilates class with Anne Schön.

Pilates consists of low-impact strength and endurance movements which will train your flexibility and muscular system. It emphasizes on postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

All exercises can be modified to ones current ability.

About Anne:

Anne is a group fitness instructor since 2017 and is educated in pre- and postnatal fitness as well as personal training. Anne’s loves the sense of community and responsibility that come with group fitness and is always striving to push participants while keeping classes fun and fresh. Join Anne for her dynamic workouts that will help get you stronger, leaner and more flexible!
